Adam Falkner

Adam is a band member of One eskimO. They are perpetually touring the States and have spent many weeks at number 1 in the Triple A radio airplay charts there. They have toured extensively, supporting Tori Amos, Paolo Nutini, Gomez, Faithless, Bob Schneider, Michael Franti & Spearhead, and Tricky, playing in venues such as Radio City in New York, the Chicago Theater and the Greek Theater in LA, and recently playing on the Ellen DeGeneres show. They are signed to Shangri La records in LA, and the animation side (which won a British Animation award) has been signed to Warner Premiere. They are managed by ATC (Radiohead/Faithless/Kate Nash).
Adam’s approach to the show is unique in that he plays an unconventional set-up consisting of a cajon, bass drum, sampler (operated by hands and feet), cymbals, triggers, a melodica and a tambourine.

Adam has also been drummer and musical director for Amy Macdonald for many years, and began 2010 working with Amy in preparation for her impending worldwide touring commitments. Amy’s debut album (featuring Adam on all tracks) has sold over 3,000,000 copies worldwide, and has been number 1 in half a dozen countries. Her second album seems set for similar success, having debuted at number one in many countries upon its first week of release.

Adam has also toured extensively, recorded, and performed on TV with such artists as Mark Owen, Beverley Knight, Judie Tzuke, Girls Aloud, Delta Goodrem, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Busted, Ray Cooper, Steve Craddock, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Rushmore, Boy George (in the West End Musical, Taboo), Kristian Leontiou, Nick Mason (Pink Floyd), Kelly Osbourne, JC Chasez, Avril Lavigne, G4, Gabrielle, Hilary Duff, Amy Studt, Suggs, Maria Willson, Toyah, Ana Jonsson, A1, Akayzia Parker, Robert Post and Peter Sarstedt.
